We want to make these events the place to be for every cracked talent out there, and need a wizard to help us go mainstream.
Role & Responsibilities
You own how the world finds out about Iterate. That means content, distribution, and growth loops across every channel that matters, with X as the anchor. Expect to:
- Ship content daily: posts, threads, video, recaps, the founders' voice and your own
- Run growth experiments on what actually drives applications, sponsor inbound, and event signups
- Reverse-engineer what's working in the AI and builder ecosystem, then adapt it before anyone else does
- Build the distribution muscle that turns every hackathon into a flywheel of attention and applications
- Be one of the public faces of Iterate online when the founders aren't
- Track, measure, and report what's working with the same discipline as a trading desk
Who You Are
- You watch numbers obsessively. Up and to the right is your love language.
- When something goes viral, you can't help but tear it down to find the mechanism.
- You ship in public. Cameras do not scare you, neither does a bad post.
- You write fast and tight. You know the difference between content and noise.
- You believe content is king and act like it: bias toward volume and iteration over a perfect first try.
- Strong experience building an audience or owning growth somewhere people would recognize. Receipts beat resumes.
